I am a Head of UX at Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence, a global leader in digital solutions for asset-intensive industries. I have over 17 years of experience in the design industry, with a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) credential and a background in human-computer interaction (HCI). As a UX leader, I enable and lead UX teams to deliver value-driven designs that align with core business metrics and customer needs. I establish, drive, and articulate a UX vision, and mentor the team to grow their skills and move out of their comfort zone. I collaborate with cross-functional teams, product owners, and stakeholders to provide UX consulting, research, analysis, and interaction design deliverables. I also ensure corporate consistency in products for engineering, process, and marine industries. I am passionate, pragmatic, articulate, affable, and a team player with a good sense of humour. I strongly believe in UX process and agile methodology, and I have completed Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) and Professional Scrum User Experience courses from Scrum.org.
