• Responsible for experienced hire recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, on-boarding, and reporting activities for all External & internal positions.
• Managing Junior, middle level and senior level technical and non-technical hiring.
• Implementing staffing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool; ensuring hiring manager and interview team preparedness strategically analyze the interviewing process and identify how the interviews are being conducted to ensure efficiency and professionalism.
• Sourcing candidates through Job Portals, Networking / Reference, External, University / Campus / Institute Relations, Vendor / Consultants Management and Internal Reference.
