With around three decades of rich and varied corporate experience, I have an extremely enriching track record across sectors - namely Tea, Telecommunications – and now in IT. Prior to starting corporate life, I was in the Indian Army. The exposure in uniform has instilled in me a sense of responsibility and loyalty with strong value system and a dynamic mind set - extremely important to keep pace with the changing, competitive environment all across. Currently, working with R Systems (A Black Stone company) right from its start, over 25 years ago, I have been closely involved with policy formulation and process improvement to make business practices process driven. R Systems today is known for its process driven, high maturity people practices. It is a PCMM Level 5 Company since 2009 as also a Great Place to Work (GPTW) certified org. Apart from this, the company has to its credit numerous external awards including a national award for quality. Ownership: Be it manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance management or employees engagement and statutory compliances, I take ownership for the full spectrum of HR function in the org. My vast on the ground experience has empowered me to conceptualize and implement holistic solutions that nurture both individual and organizational advancement. Proponent of Change : Completely receptive and responsive to change, I have been involved in unifying people practices across territories globally - consistently leading teams through periods of change, transition and evolution. HR integration was the test of skills to navigate complexities and adapt HR frameworks central to maintaining highly motivated, resilient future-ready manpower.
