With around three decades of rich and varied corporate experience, I have an extremely enriching track record across sectors - namely Tea, Telecommunications – and now in IT. Prior to starting corporate life, I was in the Indian Army. Apart from this, the company has to its credit numerous external awards including a national award for quality. Ownership: Be it manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance management or employees engagement and statutory compliances, I take ownership for the full spectrum of HR function in the org. My vast on the ground experience has empowered me to conceptualize and implement holistic solutions that nurture both individual and organizational advancement.
