  •  Led an impact study on Project conducted by project co-financed by the EU Commission - Europe Aid Co-Operation Office for "European and Indian Cooperation for Sewerage and Water Sanitation Improvement for West Bengal State". The Coordinators were Regione Lombardia ( Italy); Partners were Catalunya ( Spain) and Four Municipalities of Govt. of West Bengal. The operative Partners were Univesity Politecnico of Milano, Cap Gestione, Agencia Catalana Aigua, Italian Chamber of Commerce and Promos ( Milan Chamber of Commerce). The budget of the project was 600,000 Euros. In the impact evaluation we studied the positive effect the project had on these four municipalities, the challenges faced in execution and sustainability post project completion and the comparison of the same with Municipalities which followed the old method of Sewerage and Water Sanitation. Data and socio-geography details provided by the Govt. and evaluated through external Marketing agencies and vetted by the Chamber was used to draw a comparison.A heterogeneity impact study was done to study impact due by beneficiary type and context.
  •  Led various Business initiatives for tie – ups with Italian Business Houses and Indian entrepreneurs
  •  Organised mega events including Business seminars, Trade Shows, Seminars, Film Festivals, Festa Italiana across Kolkata to ensure that the Chamber gains recognition
