As s Strategic Sourcing professional, I leads the vendor development and new product development functions, planning and executing parts localization and cost reduction projects, developing roadmaps and benchmarks for new product introductions, and optimizing TCO, quality, logistics, delivery, and safety. I have successfully launched and developed several products, such as backhoe loaders, electric AWP, skid loaders, and telehandlers, with a focus on cost, quality, delivery, and safety.
