A typical day at ZS entails:
a) Connecting with stakeholders to understand what kind of candidates can help ZS build and deliver exceptional software products.
b) Sourcing potential candidates from job boards and networking sites. Partnering with vendors and internal sourcing team to build a qualified talent pool.
c) Organizing technical evaluations of shortlisted candidates with hiring managers, administering on-line tests as and when necessary.
