⬛ Who am I? I am a Science student, who learns and explains everything through logic. Choosing HR after doing a Masters in Computer Science is unconventional. That is what my seniors said to me after hiring me. Recruitment had been a large part. It was multi-dimensional, from blue collars to top management, campus to lateral hiring, for India and abroad. From the point of view of hiring organizations, common denominator is always a simple question: Is this the best person to solve my problem? Finding the answer is Science. Do you want to master that? ⬛ Who are YOU? You are a subject matter expert. You are contributing for the success of your employer. Your actions and decisions help your organization to strategize and execute their business plan, to increase their top-line and/or bottom-line, to establish or grow goodwill.
