• Directed all operational aspects of HireNow.ai, including business development, client relationship management, hiring, and performance management.
• Co-founded the company, establishing business operations from inception, including workplace setup, remote work protocols, and team building initiatives.
• Secured contracts with 5 key clients, including Google, Tinder, and Talend, accounting for 70% of company revenue.
• Managed a global team of 5 individuals across business coordination, development, recruiting, and payroll functions.

• Spearheaded employer engagement, branding, content creation, business development, and lead generation efforts.
• Developed the company's application tracking system from scratch using no-code tools like Bubble.io.
• Collaborated with executive leadership to identify organizational needs and gaps, devising actionable plans to address them.
