We Work With Direct Clients, Always submit Right Profiles by Doing Technical Screening. Managing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of US IT consulting business. Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners), should be able to identify/target potential Vendors for IT staffing business in the USA and get contract Staffing Requirements. Work closely with senior management to carryout company objectives Building accounts with Tier 1 vendors for daily requirements. Maintaining and monitoring productive workforce, such as resource management, performance and training management, recruiting, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and analytics. Conduct daily status calls and update status to management and resolve any hurdles for the team. Get involved in the complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to placing. Manage Offshore Operations and lead at least a team of 10 people. Plan and execute the end to end recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Analyze hiring effectiveness per used channels/tools and propose improved strategies for added improvement. Actively participate in the hiring and training of departmental management. Monthly performance appraisal meeting with respective teams & leads and enforcing corrective measures. Maintain an adequate, safe work environment. Should be involved in building a strong offshore team, both bench sales & bench recruiting. Prepare Targets for the team and assist in achieving them. Partner with local leadership team and global hiring function to develop, implement, and execute the hiring strategy.
