Challenges included designing the best possible UI for a complex backend system and the limitations that come with it.
• Prototyped the concept of Data mining of the data related to offers and subscriptions of various customers and provided the data mining analysis reports to partners.
• Revamped the Email Notification sub-system in SCS 6.0 that generates 100000 emails/day on an average and sends out emails in 17 different languages in 38 different locales.
