• I lead the core services engineering team powering world-wide Amazon Prime - the earth's most loved membership program. Being an engineering leader, I owned 18 services including Prime membership subscription fulfilment service (SFS) and digital membership fulfilment network (MemFN) which enabled 37MN+ Prime sign-ups in the year 2022.
• In addition to the above, I handled the engineering charters such as Prime Promo Codes (PPC), 3rd party billed membership signups and other offerings including Membership Stacking, Bundling, Gifting of Prime, eXtensible Fulfilment network and Pricing Promotions of the membership program. Been part of high-velocity events (Prime days, Live matches) and time intensive gamedays for the Prime services that we owned.

• I was part of rapidly growing Prime Video (PV) Commerce payments engineering team that contributed to the services for customer offer/plan upgrade for worldwide customers. Led this team to deliver local currency supported Prime video payment methods for 13+ emerging countries.
• I partnered with Prime expansion tech team to expand PV payment methods in new Prime territories such as Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Sweden, Poland, Egypt and Belgium. I helped in building and managed a brand-new charter to launch Alternate Payment methods worldwide for PV and drove high-scale launches benefiting multi-million (MM) customers.
• I owned the engineering execution and launch of alternate payment methods such as Pin-less Debit card in Brazil, Gift Card support in Mexico, iDEAL for Netherlands and customer retention projects. I was involved in planning, execution and delivery of the development automation framework under go-faster initiative for PV launches.
