I have been leading Talent Acquisition teams in EU and Asia in mid to large size organizations with a focus on Technology and more recently Corporate Operations and Field Operations. I am currently heading the TA team at Wayfair, based in Berlin. I have 10+ years of experience in HR and predominantly Technology Recruitment across different markets within W/E Europe and more recently US and India. Before joining Wayfair, I was leading the Tech TA teams responsible for scaling Zalando’s Marketplace and Payments as a new emerging business. I am passionate about enabling others to grow and maximize their potential. In my spare time I practice yoga, sports and love the enriching experiences of traveling.
