At Fairmatic, I lead hiring across engineering, product, design, HR, and leadership roles while also shaping everything around it — from process design and interview structure to hiring manager and candidate satisfaction programs. Designing hiring systems from scratch, including interview prep kits, recruiter screening formats, and internal recruiting playbooks.
