  • After 7 years in Singapore Ninad decided to shift his base to India and joined Juniper Networks in a leadership role heading General Business, SMB and Distribution.
  • 1. He developed new channel Eco-system which gave Juniper inroads in non- Metro cities (Tier 2 and 3 cities).
  • 2. In metro cities Ninad developed non-traditional channel Eco-system which helped Juniper to make strong footprints in security business. This helped company to jump start in non-existent SMB business.
  • 3. Post that he helped company to strengthen distribution network by adding national level value added distributors. Countrywide road shows combined with city wise channel ennoblement training helped company to become strong force in security and networking industry.
  • 4. During this time he started building and devolving strong team which becomes a pillar for newly started General Business division in Juniper.
