PROJECTS
Implementation of a CTI device.
I was a part of this project in my previous company (Xplore-Tech Services). The project was a fresh implementation of a CTI device (Stratasoft Dialer) which is a predictive dialer. The stratasoft dialer is a combination of hardware and software. It comprises of a CTI device in which Stratasoft software is loaded, a voice gateway (Cisco AS5400) and a database server (SQL server 2005). I was actively involved in the whole coordination of the implementation. The voice gateway entire configuration was done by me.
Implementation of Aspect Software in a VPN environment.
I was the coordinator of this project in my previous company (Xplore-Tech Services). Aspect is a predictive dialer and is mainly used for inbound call centers. The project was to setup Aspect in a remote place and it was to be accessed from different geographical locations. This required use of VPN technology on a firewall. My role in the project was to setup several VPN terminating on a single point and also coordinating the Aspect installation phase. The VOIP gateways (Audio Codes) were also setup by me.
Implementing predictive dialer on E1 circuit
This project (Xplore-Tech Services) was a tough one as it required the conversion of T1 into E1 circuit. I played a key role in this project.
