Cyril fell in love with the Bank 17 years ago, and the journey since then has been truly fulfilling. He is deeply grateful for the opportunity to touch countless lives throughout his career. As a Branch Head, Cyril helped customers turn their dreams into reality—be it building a home, purchasing their first car, or securing quality education for their children. In his role as Chief Learning Officer, he focused on creating the most admired employees and Teams, who in turn create the Most Admired Bank. His deep passion for training and teaching extended far beyond the four walls of a classroom. It reached school and college students, professionals, fellow bankers, and even the classrooms of IIM Kozhikode. He trains them on career prospects, placement preparation, corporate readiness, public speaking, and—of course—his favourite topic: Banking. Today, as the National Head – BuB Sales, Cyril continues to empower people by supporting their business ideas and helping them build strong, enduring institutions and enterprises.
