• Update and maintain external job postings regularly (job career site/university career center/game community/wechat platform)

• Manage / negotiate with external vendors on contracts and payment process
• Support Internal Recruiting training session (focusing on interview techniques, alignment between Recruiting Team and Hiring Managers)

• CV screening, interview arrangements, consensus meeting etc. Do pre-promotion work for campus talk.
