I led the end-to-end setup of the India division, expanding across IT, Engineering, and Banking while building scalable processes, leadership capability, and a strong delivery culture. Before emagine, I founded and scaled Watsonite Systems into a profitable IT Services and Staffing business with 350+ employees, strong governance, and long-term partnerships with marquee clients across retail, fintech, and technology. Earlier, as Director – Business Operations at TEKsystems, I led field office operations alongside sales, recruiting, and delivery teams—driving customer acquisition and retention, performance management, quality governance, and long-term account growth.
