My career began in business development, where I worked as a Business Development Manager at BYJU'S. In this role, I built strong client relationships, drove sales growth, and successfully led teams to achieve and exceed targets. I transitioned into Learning & Development and later became Head of L&D at Envision Integrated Services Pvt. Ltd. Here, I honed my skills in creating and implementing learning strategies that aligned talent with business goals. My passion for building scalable learning solutions and fostering a growth-oriented culture continued to evolve during my tenure as Branch Head at Ze Learning Lab, where I led the creation of a high-performing team and business infrastructure.
