With over 20 years’ experience in senior management across healthcare and recruitment, my work has always centred on understanding people and improving the systems that support them. Alongside this, supporting loved ones through mental health and addiction challenges has given me valuable perspective on the barriers people face when trying to access effective, timely support. Now completing a Master’s in Mental Health and Addiction, I’m focused on using technology to modernise how support is delivered. Through Pivot Support, I’m developing a tech-based, accessible, and stigma-free platform that helps people reflect, reset, and make meaningful change before reaching crisis. Pivot combines proven methods, lived understanding, and intelligent design to make mental health and recovery support more relevant and within reach — turning early awareness into lasting wellbeing.
