  • For me hiring was frustrating, it was time taking. We were always behind in closing the positions. My TA team was CTRL-Fing through the resume and calling them all to confirm some surface level details. Confirm not filter. During the peak hiring seasons, we could give the call centers a run for their money. The interview panel was overwhelmed with sheer number of interviews. Imagine having to find a way to politely end a hopeless interview, only to find yourself facing another unqualified candidate. And by the time they have gone through tens of such interviews, a candidate only half qualified feels like a find! We know how this kind of onboarding pans out within months.
