He has led numerous successful 0 to 1 journeys as a professional services leader and HR Tech entrepreneur. Certified by Senn Delaney, Gaurav has conducted 500+ change management and culture transformation workshops globally for leadership teams. As the Co-founder of mesh.ai, he led the Global Revenue and People Science teams, focusing on using technology to enhance performance conversations for client organizations. Extensive experience in the design and implementation of strategy aligned organization structures, performance management frameworks and pay for performance programs such as variable pay, short term incentives, sales incentives etc. An expert in long term incentive design including employee stock options, stock appreciation rights and phantom stock plans. Successfully designed and implemented over 100 such plans across both listed and unlisted organisations. Led the set up, growth and development of the analytics vertical of Grant Thornton's Global Research Centre. Delivered HR analytics and insights to leadership teams, with a special focus on people experience and engagement measurement and action planning. As the Chief of Staff of Grant Thornton India, worked with the India leadership to redesign the firm's organization structure and also gained hands on experience in designing performance metrics, MIS architecture for business performance analytics and improving the quality of conversations in leadership review meetings. Prior to working with Grant Thornton, was with the Compensation & Benefits consulting practice of Mercer Consulting.
