• 1. Grew operations activity by 200 %, a jump from 3 operating Coiled Tubing units to 6 in 4 months.
• 2. In a span of 3 months, grew the team size by 37% by very proactive hiring and deploying field personnel. A team of 74 people by March 2019.
• 3. Planned and deployed new hires into field with retroactive mentoring guides. Spent time in the field to ensure that there is synergy in the new and the existing employees.
