About

I had never thought becoming a parent would lead me to becoming an entrepreneur. When my son, Kabir, developed rashes from conventional disposable diapers, I was concerned. I began searching for a solution that combined the convenience of modern diapers with the gentleness of traditional cloth. This personal journey led to SuperBottoms in 2016. Starting from my home, I collaborated with a family friend who was a textile engineer, experimenting with designs and materials to create a diaper that was both eco-friendly and baby-friendly. Building a category-first startup is never easy. At every stage, we were challenged by consumer skepticism, the need to educate the market and the effort to change old habits. But they also reinforced my belief in our mission and the strength of our community. Today, as the founder and CEO of SuperBottoms, I am proud to lead a brand that offers sustainable diapering solutions trusted by parents across India. I am committed to providing eco-friendly alternatives that prioritize the well-being of both babies and the planet. Beyond my role at SuperBottoms, I am a marketing enthusiast and a self-proclaimed #crazyplantlady, finding joy in nurturing both my business and my plants. I believe in the strength of community and the impact of shared experiences. Through SuperBottoms, I aim to support and empower parents in making informed, sustainable choices for their children.
