Led a 104 member team. -Maximised number of candidates with more than 80K revenue in the 1st month of sales from 45% to 80% within a quarter in the northern regions through performance interventions. -Designed and executed processes around sales, training and recruitment to positively manage the verticals P&L, reduced cost of hiring and enablement by 65%. (175000 to 60000) - Reduced attrition to 7% from 19% around an average volume of 250 activations bi-weekly in the first month of sales through performance interventions. -Created a program that Generated a delta of 116% in overall revenue of non performing cohorts in the online business concluded via AB testing. -Achieved 36% growth in Average sales per salesperson of 92 bottom centres within 2 months of performance interventions and stakeholder management in the offline business, (from 0.48 Pre to 0.65 in month 2). -Developed a qualitative regional framework for Kolkata and Delhi by introducing audit mechanisms and conducting dipsticks resulting in better conversion rates as well as 20% boost in revenue by the new employees. -Conducted Quality Interventions that reduced 5% refunds for the business. -Conducted continuous weekly catch ups with the regional business heads in order to increase business efficiency in the region through enhanced sales, training and recruitment strategies as well as execution. Sales Learning and Development -Established Training as a vertical at Byju’s in 2017 and scaled it up to a team of 150 trainers, content creators and auditors by 2022 that were enabling 3600 employees per month. -Enabled over 100+ leaders through leadership programs. -Created and shot over 10 hours of Byju’s video modules for elementary standardisation of structure and approach in sales across PAN india. -Designed continuous reinforcements and interventions (1:1 & 1:Many) for the older employees to drive motivation and performance. -Conducted business meets aimed at revenue maximisation for the offline business across 8 metro cities in India, alongside the top industry leaders in 2022. -Hosted the first interaction and Inducted more than 50000 employees for the role of sales from 2017 till date.
