I’ve always been fascinated by how data can tell stories and drive decisions. My journey began with a B.Tech degree and evolved through various roles in analytics and performance marketing. I started my analytics experience at HSBC, where I worked close to 5 years, and then I embarked on my MBA from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad (ISB). I have been currently working at Games24x7, where I’ve had the privilege of being part of India’s most successful real money gaming company for over seven years. Here, I’ve led teams that harnessed the power of segmentation and rigorous A/B testing to enhance user experiences across multiple channels. During my time as Head of Analytics and later as Associate Director at Games24x7, I led high impact analytics initiatives refining our product user journeys and marketing communications based on data insights, contributing 35%+ improvement in conversion rates and significant improvements in retention, LTV & Revenue. It’s rewarding to see how strategic decisions can lead to tangible results. Before diving into the gaming world, I co-founded a photography social network where I learned the ins and outs of building a brand from scratch. Leading a cross-functional team taught me the importance of collaboration and creativity in problem-solving. This experience ignited my passion for understanding customer needs through research and user personas.
