Dr. Franny Hsiao is a distinguished professional who has made significant contributions to the tech industry during her career with leading companies including IBM and Salesforce. With over two decades of experience, numerous ML patents and publications, Franny has established herself as a prominent figure in the field of artificial intelligence and data science. She has dedicated most of her career designing and developing AI solutions as well as advising customers on their AI strategy and digital transformation journeys. As EMEA Leader for AI Architects, Franny has been guiding C-suite executives in shaping future-ready AI strategies that embed intelligence as the fabric of their enterprise, powering re-imagined and transformed customer and employee experiences through strategic AI integration.
