  • Most people think growth is just "get more leads."
  • It's not. Someone has to build the entire engine and make sure it doesn't break.
  • That was the job. Scaling top-of-funnel across inbound, outbound, direct channels, partner programs. Running comms, cadence, incentives. Keeping data transparent so everyone knew what was actually working.
  • Built Transcelestial's brand across US and APAC. Partnerships, content, podcasts, case studies making sure people understood the lasercommunications tech and gave a damn about it.
  • Owned all customer data and reporting. Found the gaps in performance. Kept decks, websites, social media accurate. Made sure internal systems had real data, not wishful thinking.
  • Growth isn't magic. It's systems, story, and numbers that don't lie.

Sales and Marketing

  • Operations again.. but this one drove actual sales$$
  • Handled sales from first call to close. Built SOPs that became the playbook. Led sales ops through growth and chaos. Wrote NDAs and legal agreements. Recruited partners who became pillars of the business.
  • Was it messy? Sometimes.
  • Did I figure it out? Always.
  • That's where real expertise comes from....not theory, but reps.
  • Building systems that hold up when it matters.
  • Those foundations still drive everything I do.

Regional Operations

  • I ran operations for one of the messiest, most critical parts of e-commerce: Returns & Refunds across SEA and LATAM.
  • The kind of work where a broken process bleeds money, and a bad customer experience costs you more than just that one sale.
  • I was the one testing 20+ CRM features before they went live! catching what would've broken at scale. Managing teams across time zones, navigating different work cultures and communication styles.
  • Training 50-100 agents on SOPs that had to actually work in the real world, across wildly different consumer laws.
  • Worked with stakeholders who didn't always agree on what "good" looked like.
  • It wasn't the flashy side of e-commerce. But it taught me something valuable: how to build systems that scale across borders, cultures, and regulations and how to lead people through the chaos of it all.

  • Most people don't think about what happens before research gets published. Someone has to make sure the data collection actually works.
  • That was the job. Planning testing scenarios for survey programs.
  • Writing SAS code that cut manual workflows by 30% because nobody has time for inefficiency. Building STATA automation for validation checks on health data for thousands of senior citizens.
  • Days spent validating datasets too large for shortcuts. Running analysis in Tableau and Google Analytics. Writing research reports in SAS, over and over.
  • Boring nerd job? Absolutely.
  • Critical? You bet.
  • This is where the real work happens..in the details nobody sees but everyone depends on.
