Hi, I am Aditi! I work at the intersection of people, learning and communication. What began as an uncertain fright has now become my strength. I’ve trained 1000+ trainee TCSers in behavioural and workplace skills, designed learning content and discovered how much I enjoy enabling others to grow with confidence. After starting my career in Talent Acquisition, hiring across technical, non-technical and managerial roles, I learned the intricacies of HR in a fast-paced startup environment. It wasn’t always enjoyable to be honest, but it made me resilient and gave me a solid foundation in people processes. Somewhere along the way, life also nudged me into content writing. That phase taught me how to express ideas clearly, understand audiences and create messages that stay with people. It’s a skill I love to take forward to in each aspect. Right now, I feel fortunate to do work that aligns with who I am. My interests lie in Learning and Development & HR Business Partner roles, but I remain open. The world has a way of bringing opportunities we don’t always anticipate, and I want to keep learning, unlearning and relearning along the way. I care deeply about education, sustainability, mindful living and emotional well being, and I enjoy connecting with people who share similar values or perspectives.
