• Led Growth teams, to set and exceed topline and incremental user growth goals. Head of engineering to grow FB by 1B MAU.

• Unified Notification infra which was spread across 3+ orgs in the company, which decreased the maintenance overhead and allowed us to ship significantly more impact.
• Launched Single User Multiple Account (SUMA) classifier for better accounting and Integrity enforcements.
• Started Growth Camp, a bootcamp for all new hires to growth teams within the company teaching about the details of Growth engineering such as experimentation. This reduced ramp up time of Growth engineers to days from weeks.

• Launched user interest graph in collaboration with Ads team.
