• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Work with hiring managers to define job roles and requirements.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct background verification and document verification.
• 2. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
• Conduct employee surveys and implement initiatives to improve workplace culture.
• Promote diversity, inclusion, and a positive work environment.
• 3. Payroll & Compensation Management
• Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, and tax compliance.
• Handle employee benefits, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
• Maintain payroll records and resolve payroll-related queries.
• 4. Grievance Handling & Employee Relations
• Address employee concerns and grievances professionally and confidentially.
• Mediate workplace disputes and ensure a fair resolution process.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover trends.
• 5. HR Policies & Compliance
• Draft, update, and communicate company policies as per labor laws and industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain HR records, employee files, and documentation.
