About

My passion is one thing: understanding what customers truly need — and building technology that delivers it. That obsession led me to co-found Product Fruits — now the #1 AI Digital Adoption Platform in the world, built for the agentic age. We're not just keeping up with the AI revolution. We're leading it. As AI agents reshape how people interact with software, the old rules of user onboarding and engagement are obsolete. Product Fruits is the platform that bridges humans, AI agents, and web applications - making adoption seamless, intelligent, and scalable. With Product Fruits, companies don't just onboard users. They accelerate AI adoption across their entire customer base - turning complex applications into intuitive experiences that drive revenue, reduce churn, and cut support costs.

Jablotron south east asia

Co-Founder

Jan 2017Jan 2018 · 1 yr · Saigon, Vietnam

  • I started this enterprise without knowing much about the alarms or the security business. My top achievement in this area so far was changing the light bulb, but I saw the opportunity and took it. Vietnam is 100mio country with a steady economic growth and vast potential. But it is also a very challenging place to do business, more than 9 out of 10 EU companies fails there. It's crucial to understand the local mindset, accept it and use the best from the European approach to break through. I can't express how difficult it is, but it is also super exciting to look for new business models, to deploy what works well in Europe but to stay in line with the local customs.
  • We have introduced not just Jablotron to Vietnam, we actually educate the whole market about burglar alarm. It's unbelievable, but most people and companies still use CCTV instead of alarm. The challenge is to come to an empty market, which is not educated about the product, and find the right positioning, the right communication, the right cooperation with vendors and end users.
  • I set up the company in a completely new territory, found the right people to work with, did the market analysis and deploy the products. We develop and implement distribution strategy, pricing schemes, training models for our partners, we have made tons of marketing materials and now we have working wholesale company in Vietnam.

  • I founded a company that provided a huge amount of artwork for companies like Disney Interactive, Playdom, Kiwi, Gogii Games, King.com, etc. We established relationships with major clients from USA and Canada, including the providers of TV franchises for Castle or Criminal Minds. Thanks to Kzilla, our clients were always updated on time and able to comment on our work, we didn't struggle with specifications and we had perfect overview about our productivity, and the workload allocation per employee.
