Ranjit is an advisor to the CEO and serves on the US Executive Leadership Team (ELT), as well as the Global Executive Committee. He sponsors several Deloitte’s CXO programs and actively serves a few large global clients. Prior to this, Ranjit led Deloitte’s Cloud Business in the US, helping scale it to an at scale, multi-billion dollar business. Deloitte Cloud is also recognized as the undisputed leader in the industry, rated #1 by Gartner and IDC in their most recent analyst reports. In that role Ranjit helped launch and scale several new technology capabilities, including cloud hosting, transformation, industry clouds, Cloud Institute, modern engineering capabilities among others. He also helped deepen and expand relationships with hyperscalers and various technology alliance partners, and helped scale strategic client transformations over the last 5 years. He actively serves some of the world’s most technology-intensive enterprises. Ranjit served on the Deloitte Consulting CEOs Management Committee and was recognized at a top 25 consultant in 2023 by the Consulting Report. Ranjit leads a number of firm initiatives around mentorship, training and campus recruiting. Ranjit has worked in aircraft engineering operations at Qantas, Unisys and at GE, as well as founded an early-stage wireless startup in the location-based services space.
