I've spent 15 years building partnerships that create real, lasting value — not just agreements on paper. My career spans CPaaS, Fintech, digital banking, RFID/IoT and AIDC giving me an unusually broad range across both commercial and technical domains. That combination — knowing the business and understanding the technology — is what allows me to earn partner confidence quickly and sustain it over the long term. At Sinch India, I was recognised as the #1 performer in the India region for three consecutive quarters, managed Oracle as one of the country's largest CPaaS accounts, and built an ISV ecosystem that included MoEngage, WebEngage, CleverTap, LeadSquared, Infosys, and TCS. At NPST, I designed and scaled a partner program from scratch — winning strategic RFPs with NPCI, NIPL, and BSNL across HSM, DPDP, EFRM, and cybersecurity verticals. Before that, I spent nine years as Founder and Managing Partner of JMN Infotech — owning full P&L, building a client base that included Kirloskar, Bajaj Auto, Mahindra & Mahindra, Siemens, and the Indian defence sector, and delivering Industry 4.0 solutions ahead of the curve.
