• As Co-Founder and Director of Reqiva Ltd, we have been helping technology-driven companies secure the talent they need to scale for over 17 years. We’ve supported more than 500 tech businesses, specialising in senior software, product and engineering roles across both permanent and contract recruitment.
• From the early days of Reqiva, as our client base expanded and we became a trusted partner for high-growth, investment-backed tech companies, we hired a strong internal team that enabled us to deliver exceptional talent services at scale. This early commitment to building our own team allowed us to grow in parallel with the businesses we served.
• Being based in Reading, right in the heart of the Thames Valley, we were ideally placed to support UK tech hubs such as Oxford and the M4 Corridor. This proximity allowed us to work closely with some of the most innovative tech businesses in the UK, helping them secure the talent they needed to thrive and scale.
• At Reqiva, we take a partnership-led, product-driven approach to recruitment. We place highly skilled senior technology talent, particularly where companies struggle to identify top-tier team members, helping tech companies scale rapidly and effectively.
