  • Valeo Foods is the largest ambient food company in Ireland. It consists of 15 iconic Irish brands (Jacob’s, Batchelors and Odlums) and a number of international distributor brands across a large number of categories. In my role as a marketing executive, I am responsible for the the development of promotional plans, shopper activation plans, the innovation process within the company and briefing external suppliers. One of the primary responsibilities of a marketing executive is the development of communications pieces for the the company, this includes all leaflets, advertisements and sponsorships that the brand and or company participates in. I am responsible for monitoring stocks and sales cycles of our products, ensuring that we do not run out of stock for our customers. Creating and maintaining relationships with suppliers is an important part of this process.
  • During my time with the company I was afforded the opportunity to spearhead the development of the new Valeo Foods corporate website.
