I love building clarity in complex systems. For over 10 years, I’ve worked in HR operations and employee lifecycle management across global, remote-first environments. My work sits at the intersection of people, process, and product where contracts, payroll, compliance, tools, and human experience all meet. What energizes me most is turning messy workflows into structured, scalable systems. I enjoy: • Designing operational processes that reduce friction • Improving HR tech tools and internal workflows • Partnering across payroll, legal, onboarding, and product teams • Breaking down complex compliance topics into practical guidance • Using data to spot inefficiencies and fix them In 2024, I moved from Portugal to Finland while continuing to work remotely. Living and working across European systems has given me firsthand insight into bureaucracy, cross-border employment, mobility compliance, and how differently work culture operates across countries.
