I'm a mentor, culture partner and guest speaker. I work with clients one to one, and executive teams as a whole. Helping to bring clarity and consistency to their careers, leadership and teams. I help culture develop & stabilise as organisations grow, requirements change and roles transform. Most organisations I work with don’t have a strategy problem — they have inconsistency in how leadership shows up. That’s what I focus on fixing. The second problem I solve is how teams interact with each other, and their approach to development, collaboration and communication.
