I was first introduced to Design Thinking when I was working in an innovation lab where we brought in customers as we were prototyping and testing solutions. It was amazing to hear first hand the thoughts and ideas they had as they saw our prototypes. I fell in love with the concept of bringing customers along as you build, and truly understanding the problem a customer is trying to solve. This led me to founding Spring2 Innovation. As the founder and CEO, I lead a team that provides Design Thinking and innovation training, coaching and consulting to businesses and governments. Our goal is to empower our clients to unlock their creativity, knowledge, and empathy.
