• Alongside this, worked with boards and executive teams on international growth and transformation, including 3i (US acquisitions), Gondola Group (India/China expansion), Wagamama (GCC strategy), Key Capital, Minor Group (India) and John Lewis (global expansion).
• I am now working on CREST, an AI-native scientific research institute, in partnership with The Chatterjee Group.

• Worked closely with investment teams, boards and management through both transaction cycles and long-term ownership. Part of a global platform managing c.$50bn in assets at the time.

• Worked directly with the Deputy CEO and senior leadership on strategy, execution and stakeholder management. Awarded the Chairman’s Prize for delivery and impact.
