I’ve been in B2B marketing long enough to stop chasing shiny tactics. What actually matters is judgment, knowing what’s worth pushing, what’s noise, what needs fixing, and what should be shut down entirely. At Quantum Health, I lead demand generation and marketing operations with a very practical goal: build growth engines sales actually believes in, and leadership can make decisions from. Most of my time sits in: - Turning interest into real demand in long, enterprise sales cycles - Making paid, ABM, website, and webinar programs work together instead of in silos - Fixing lead scoring and attribution so Sales isn’t arguing with Marketing about “where the lead came from” I work closely with Sales, BDRs, Product Marketing, and Analytics because demand gen falls apart the moment teams optimize for themselves instead of the buyer.
