I am thrilled to be the leader of Accenture’s Talent & Organization Practice and a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee. Together, we are reinventing the way work is organized, how people work and how people change. We help companies and their leaders fuel sustainable growth by connecting people and technology to unlock human ingenuity, finding new ways to access create and unlock talent and designing organizations that thrive in the context of constant change. For my entire career, I’ve had a passion for working at the intersection of strategy, technology and organization. I started my career in technology and hospital management then moved to strategy consulting with BCG where I’ve had the opportunity to be based in Toronto, Paris, London and Calgary and to serve clients across a wide range of industries and geographies. I have worked extensively with C-Suite clients on major transformations involving technology and organization, culture and talent. In more recent years, I’ve enjoyed pioneering in Digital and AI transformation – driving new approaches to leadership, talent, organization and operating model together with technology and data to create breakthrough results that truly scale. Alongside client work, I’ve had the honor of serving in many leadership roles including: Global leader for Digital Health, Regional and then Global Practice Area leader for the Technology Advantage Practice and Platinion specialty business and most recently Vice Chair, Tech & Digital. As an author, TED and industry event speaker / panelist, invited lecturer / facilitator and CEO Advisor, I enjoy exchanging ideas and sharing learning across sectors and disciplines. I am also a passionate supporter of women in technology & leadership, thought diversity, psychological safety and new ways of working. I received my MBA from University of Toronto and a BSc from University of Victoria – both with distinction.
