• I provide a "WOW" experience for our candidates, hiring managers, and teams! I am the first line of communication for many of our candidates from the time they apply to their first day. I support our recruiters by scheduling interviews, reserving rooms, communicating with candidates and hiring managers. I also help our candidates as they are relocating and making sure that all procedures are met through the hiring process. I also have the most fun task of helping with the creation of our branding for the hiring center!

• As Program Manager for Best Buddies Kentucky, I advised all of our Best Buddies Chapters in the state of Kentucky. Best Buddies is a non-profit organization dedicated to establishing a global volunteer movement that creates opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment and leadership development for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• In my time as Program Manager, I effectively opened 5 new chapters in the state of Kentucky. Through my role, I recruited multiple student leaders and faculty members to volunteer for the cause and supported their tremendous efforts. During this time, I met more caring people in the world than I had ever expected and grew to be a better person.

• At Bellarmine University, I worked in both the Student Activities Office and the Office of Residence Life. I created social-norming campaigns, voter registration drives, community service activities, leadership development activities, and served as an advisor for the CREW leaders (summer orientation experience). I also effectively created a more well rounded and scheduled Welcome Week experience for new students during the Fall and Spring semesters.
