M G Siddiqui — Operations Associate
🚫 Most Restaurants Don’t Fail Because of Bad Food. They Fail because Nobody ever taught the Founder How to Run one. That’s the quiet crisis across much of the Food & Beverage Industry. From Concept to Launch - and long after the doors open - many entrepreneurs navigate in isolation. Execution is chaotic. Knowledge is fragmented. And the unorganized sector feels this most deeply. That’s the gap we need to close with grounded insight, shared experience, and systems that actually work on a busy Friday night. I’ve lived this journey in every shade. From Washing Dishes to leading teams as a Operation Head to launching Ventures of my own - this industry has shaped me. Not as a strategist from the sidelines - but as someone sweeping floors, fixing fryer lines, calming chaos, and building capability on the ground. Along this journey, I’ve come to realize that I am - at heart - a student and an educator. I love to mentor, and I love to be mentored. Nothing gives me more fulfilment than seeing someone I’ve supported take flight - whether it’s a first-time foodpreneurs learning inventory math, or someone I’ve hand-held go on to lead a brand of their own. One such experience was a co-initiated platform built with the vision of uplifting food entrepreneurs in India’s unorganized sector. It taught me more than business strategy - it taught me the quiet power of belief, collaboration, and contributing to something bigger than yourself. I owe this industry a lot. Every success story I’ve helped shape feels like giving a little of it back. What I’ve learned: Strategy means nothing if it can’t survive a Saturday night rush Learning is the only advantage that compounds with time “We don’t need more consultants. We need co-pilots who’ve walked the floor.” That belief shapes everything I do today - through conversations, collaborations, and my work at ProsPertise, a platform dedicated to empowering foodpreneurs, founders, and operators through real-world execution, not just advice. Empowering Foodpreneurs and Startups through shared learning and real-world connection. This is not a résumé. It’s a responsibility. To contribute to an industry that built me. To serve the ecosystem that raised me. And if that purpose aligns with the vision of a forward-thinking organization, I’m open to leadership roles where this mission can scale meaningfully. If you're building something that matters - let’s connect.
