I partner with founders and executives to scale organisations by building People functions that grow as quickly as the business itself. My career spans more than 15 years in HR and talent across start-ups, scale-ups, and global companies in SaaS, fintech, and crypto. At Cryptio I lead the global People function across seven countries, setting the strategy and infrastructure that allow the company to scale while staying compliant and people-focused. I work across HR operations, leadership development, employee relations, and compliance, ensuring People priorities are closely tied to business outcomes. I take a forward-thinking approach to HR. I use technology, data, and innovative practices to make People functions not only efficient but also future-ready. This includes adopting AI-enabled recruitment tools, designing policies for distributed teams, and embedding people analytics into leadership decisions. My aim is to create People strategies that meet today’s needs while anticipating the demands of tomorrow’s workforce. What drives me is building trust. I believe the People team should be both a safe and reliable partner for employees and a strategic advisor for leadership.
