With two decades of experience across HR COE roles, consulting, and organizational development/ effectiveness in India and the Middle East, I have been shaped by fabulous leaders and colleagues who enabled me to continually learn, grow and, create impact at scale. As a mother of two, my career has also been shaped by two sabbaticals—where stepping away was an intentional and easy decision, and returning was equally clear and fulfilling. These experiences reinforced my belief in navigating transitions with confidence and clarity, a theme that deeply influences my work. At Aditya Birla Group, I have had the privilege to design and lead strategic national and global interventions in Purpose, Culture, DEI, Holistic well-being, Listening, and Giving back, creating frameworks that empower both individuals and organizations to thrive. My earlier roles—including building HR consulting practices in Oman—gave me invaluable experience in business development, leadership, and execution across diverse industries and geographies. At AWOO Foundation (an Aditya Birla Group initiative), I’ve been instrumental in expanding the Foundation’s reach, transforming nearly 5,000 lives through merit-cum-means scholarships for higher education. Witnessing the program grow multi-fold, and supporting these bright individuals in their journeys remains one of my most meaningful professional experiences. Now, as the Head of Aditya Birla Centre for Enriching Lives (ABCEL), I lead efforts to help urban India navigate life transitions and embrace enriched, purposeful living.
