About

I’m Leanne. A strategic leader, creative problem solver, researcher, facilitator and coach. I help organisations co-design better products and services and put people at the heart. With 15+ years in ā€œdesignā€, I have improved customer experiences and transformed public services in the UK, AUS & NZ. A seasoned practitioner, I am skilled in strategy, user research, co-design, service design, interaction design, capability development, transformation, organisational and cultural change. With a warm heart and cool head, I’ve led large multidisciplinary teams (10+) on projects and programmes of work. I’ve worked across governments and corporate contexts. Human-centred in my approach, I work tirelessly to deliver product and services that positively impact people’s lives. I am generous with my knowledge and love helping others grow. I am often engaged to build capability in design thinking. A trained facilitator and coach, I help individuals, groups and teams develop their emotional intelligence (EQ) and creative intelligence (CQ). A lifelong learner, I am currently undertaking a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology. My Masters research is focused on sex differences in ADHD and autism and developing a strengths framework to support a positive diagnosis. Personality type: ENFP/J (the campaigner) VIA signature strengths: creativity, curiosity, kindness, bravery and learning. High CQ, EQ and IQ (top 2%) Neurodivergent. ADHD. Autistic. Hyperlexia.
