I’ve spent the last 15 years building, scaling, and advising on growth marketing for consumer tech, marketplaces, and large enterprises. My career has moved through three chapters: founder, hypergrowth operator, and, more recently, advising CXOs in consulting environments. Each chapter has shaped how I think about strategy, growth, product, and go-to-market strategy. I co-founded AHA Taxis with a belief that intercity travel in India could work far more efficiently if we solved the economics, not just the experience. We built a marketplace model around that insight, scaled it to thousands of destinations, and eventually exited to EbixCash (NASDAQ). Those years taught me that sustainable growth comes from a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, designing systems that reinforce the right behaviours, and being creative when resources are limited. At Swiggy, I worked through one of the most intense hypergrowth phases in Indian consumer tech, expanding food delivery across the country while building new categories like Instamart, Genie, Meat, and Wine Shop from 0→1. I led growth and product marketing initiatives across acquisition loops, in-app discovery, retention journeys, and experimentation systems, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Brand, and Analytics teams. Scaling at that pace made me realise - growth is rarely a channel problem; it’s a system problem. It also showed me how brand, product, and performance work best when they originate from deep consumer insight and reinforce each other throughout the customer journey. Today at BCG, I advise Fortune 500 and high-growth companies on growth strategy, product, venture and GTM transformation, helping teams refine segmentation and positioning, design product-led motions, strengthen experimentation culture, and build growth systems that bring together product, data, marketing, and customer insight. Much of this work involves driving cross-functional alignment at scale and helping organisations apply the pace and problem-solving mindset of consumer tech to deliver meaningful impact. Across these chapters, my work has been anchored in a few core beliefs: Growth is a system, customer insight is a strategic advantage, and sustained results come when product, data, design, engineering, and marketing move in sync.
