Her journey into advertising began early, from appearing as a child model in over 100 television commercials to building one of India’s most awarded and admired digital agencies. At just 22, Chandni co-founded Kinnect alongside Rohan Mehta, growing it from a start-up into a creatively integrated powerhouse with over 600 specialists across Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru. Under her leadership, Kinnect has evolved into a category-defining agency, delivering bold, culture-shaping work for leading Indian and global brands, and earning recognition across Cannes Lions, The One Show, D&AD, Spikes Asia, Clio Awards, and Abby Awards South Asia. Chandni has also served as Jury Chair for the Mobile category at Goafest, reflecting her influence on the industry’s creative direction. In her expanded role as CEO across Kinnect and 22feet Tribal, Chandni is focused on building a truly integrated creative model - one that blends creativity, technology, media, data, influencers, and commerce seamlessly. Together, both agencies operate as an integrated creative powerhouse within Omnicom Advertising India, with a mandate to help modernise, energise, and elevate the broader ecosystem through collaboration, capability building, and digital-first thinking.
