With over 15 years of experience in e-commerce, advertising,product and program management, I am currently the Vice President of Amazon Advertising Policy, Moderation, Brand Solutions and Creative. In this role, I lead a global team of over 3,000 professionals who deliver innovative and effective advertising products and solutions for millions of customers on and off Amazon. I am responsible for developing and implementing the advertising policy and moderation strategy and systems, building innovative brand advertising content and creative, and driving the growth and performance of the brand solutions across Amazon's many businesses. Previously I've held roles in the Amazon Stores eCommerce business, within the Amazon Seller Organization, and within Amazon WebStore.
